Brentwood Park will host a free performance of The Two Gentlemen of Verona on Tuesday, August 25 at 6:30 PM on the West Community Credit Union Event Lawn. Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, favorite snacks, and friends for a spectacular evening of live theater under the stars.
Presented by the St. Louis Shakespeare Festival's TourCo, best friends Valentine and Proteus swear loyalty to each other…until they both fall for the same woman. Suddenly, loyalty, love, and good judgment all go out the window. Complete with disguises, misunderstandings, and one very scene-stealing dog, this is Shakespeare’s original rom-com about friendship, forgiveness, and the hilarious messiness of growing up.
