Celebrate America's birthday with an explosion of fun and music at O'Fallon's Heritage & Freedom Fest on July 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. Admission to the festival grounds at the Ozzie Smith Sports Complex is free. On July 1st and 2nd, parking is only available at O'Fallon's CarShield Field west lot. Free parking will be available at Fort Zumwalt North High School and Veritas Christian Academy on July 3rd and 4th, with free shuttle service provided.
The colorful carnival and midway are the focus on July 1st and 2nd. Stroll the midway and play games, eat cotton candy and carnival-style food and beverages, and enjoy thrilling carnival rides all night long. Only carnival rides, the midway, and food and beverage vendors will be open tonight. Watch "Chad Gainey Chainsaw Carving" on July 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.
The excitement builds on July 3rd and 4th with free concerts by nationally-recognized musicians, entertaining side shows, carnival rides, entertainment alley activities, crafters and merchandise vendors, and festival food and beverages. Jena 'Dusty' Mielke Fireworks Spectaculars take place at 10:15 PM on July 3rd and 9:30 PM on July 4th.
