FREE Family Fun Day: St. Louis Spirits Celebrates “50 Years of Flight” with Community Event
St. Louis Spirits Gymnastics Club is inviting the community to a FREE Family Fun Day as part of its 50th Anniversary Celebration—“50 Years of Flight”—on Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 2:00-5:00pm at its St. Louis facility.
Open to the public, the event is designed for families of all ages and will feature live gymnastics demonstrations, bounce houses, a photo booth, face painting, balloon twisting, and special giveaways. Guests can also tour the facility, meet coaches, and experience the high-energy environment that has made Spirits a staple in the community for five decades.
“This is our way of opening our doors and saying thank you to the community,” said co-owner Rod Rogers. “Whether you’ve been with us for years or have never stepped inside our gym, this day is for you.”
Founded in 1976, St. Louis Spirits has helped thousands of children build confidence, strength, and resilience through movement. The FREE Family Fun Day not only celebrates that legacy, but also gives new families an easy, no-pressure way to experience the program firsthand.
“At our core, we’re about building confident kids,” said co-owner Kris Rogers. “’50 Years of Flight’ represents every moment a child discovers what they’re capable of—and this event is a chance for new families to see that in action.”
The event will take place at 12975 Maurer Industrial Drive in Sunset Hills and is expected to draw families from across the region.
