Rec Fest at the National Great Rivers Museum

The largest recreation and safety festival is just around the Riverbend. Kick off the summer season with your family at the National Great Rivers Museum from 10:00AM to 3:00PM at this FREE, adventure-themed event, rain or shine.

With over 25 partnering organizations providing fun, interactive activities, you are sure to find a recreation connection for you!
- Climb the rock wall with Upper Limits Rock Gym & Pro Shop
- See the stars with The Nature Institute’s Mobile Planetarium
- Hit a bullseye on the archery range with the National Park Service
- 12PM | Meet your favorite mascots - Bobber the Water Safety Dog, Smokey the Bear, and more!
- 11AM, 12:30PM, and 2PM | Live animal shows with Animalogy
- 10AM-3PM | Lock and Dam Tours
- Refuel with great food from local food vendors
- And so much more!

The first 200 visitors to complete a REC FEST passport will also receive a free River Dragons Baseball ticket or a Gateway Grizzlies Baseball ticket! All 4th Grade students that complete their passport will also receive a free 'Every Kid Outdoors Pass' which provides free admission to National Parks and public lands this summer.
