Our coaches are eager to help children reach their full potential! Hi-NRG open gyms are STRUCTURED and highly supervised by our well-trained staff. Attending an open gym is a great opportunity for additional gym time to work on a specific skill your child is wanting to conquer. Open gyms serve not only as extra gym time, but also as a make-up if your child has missed a class. It is also a wonderful chance to show your friends what your exciting sport is all about. New members are always welcome!
