Kids Mindfulness and Yoga at Complete Harmony

Mindfulness and Movement can help kids process changes within their world. During our 45-minute class we integrate mindfulness, yogic concepts, and sensory play to allow kids to explore their environment and connect with themselves and others in natural and meaningful ways. From social-emotional skill building to learning how to navigate interpersonal relationships through age-appropriate games, art, literacy, STEAM-based exploration, and more - this time is dedicated to connecting kids with their whole Self, their peers, and the world they live in. Ages 5-8.
