What did the night sky mean to people in the Civil War era? How can we find meaning looking up after dark today? Weather permitting, we will view the first quarter moon using the park's Nexstar telescope, spot bright objects in the spring sky, and discuss people's interactions with astronomical events in the 19th century. Bring your memories of the moon or stars to share.
This program is free. Call (314) 842-1867 ext. 230 for reservations. In case of inclement weather, program will be rescheduled to Sunday, April 6 from 8 PM - 9 PM.
