Want some extra time in the gym to practice? Want to show your friends from school all of the new skills that you’ve learned? Then join us for Open Gym!
Every Saturday (except some holiday weekends) we are open for anyone ages 5-18 (non-members too!) to have fun in the gym. All Open Gyms are supervised by our trained coaching staff who will be available to spot skills your child needs help with and give pointers. Contact the Front Desk if you are unsure if we will be open for an upcoming Saturday.
