03/07-04/11 Fish Fry at St. Ferdinand Florissant

The St. Ferdinand Fish Fry has been operating for over 67 years! It started as a once-a-month fundraiser at the Old St. Ferdinand Shrine and grew to a weekly event after moving to the new St. Ferdinand Church on its completion on Charbonier Road. We have approximately 42 people working each week. It takes 3 days' preparation to feed the crowds who come regularly. And, thanks to them, our profits help keep our parish and school running.
