Cotton Babies does many things. We are a manufacturer. We are a diaper bank. We are a wholesaler serving some of the smallest and the largest retailers in the world.

Cotton Babies is now also one of St. Louis' only family-owned baby retailers, serving our community through a tiny local store housed in the same building where we also manufacture our diapers. Through our store, we are focused on helping families through pregnancy, breastfeeding, infancy, and toddlerhood.

We keep a curated selection of baby carriers, toys, breastfeeding products, breast pump rentals, cloth diapers, potty training products, carseats and strollers, fun toys, and other products that make sense for growing families. Our certified baby wearing experts, car seat installers, doulas, and lactation professionals are trained to support your every need.

Cotton Babies is also a cloth diaper manufacturer. Most of the cloth diapers you buy in our store were made right here in St. Louis, in the same building as our store. We are proud to be growing employment in our city.
