Girls in the Know believes knowledge is power and that every girl deserves a strong foundation and strong sense of self heading into the challenging teen years. We provide an educational speaker series led by licensed female professions delivered to pre-teen girls and the ones who love them!

GITK is a 501c3 non profit organization who inspires & empowers girls to make healthy confident decisions. We do this unlike any other organization by delivering a 4 week Empowerment Workshop Series led by female professionals in their field to a trusted adult & their pre-teen girls side by side. Topics include: Social-Emotional learning, puberty, safety, bullying, nutrition, exercise, healthy friendships and much more! Delivering the program to pre-teen girls is critical, at a point where their hearts are open to creating stronger bonds and their trusted adults’ influence is still powerful. GITK provides the first step in the trusted adult pre-teen girl journey through adolescence.
