Etiquette Factory

The Etiquette Factory with Mrs. Patterson offers programs for all ages. The main focus being the Etiquette Camps which consist of 10-12 hours of instruction over the course of 4-6 days. These are geared towards the school age children and cover skills such as: introductions, phone etiquette, being a guest, proper hygiene, accepting "no" politely, dealing with bullies and American Style Dining.

The 1-2 hour workshops cover topics such as: Dining Etiquette for Professionals, Etiquette for Teens, Finer Points of Service (geared towards the food service industry), Interviewing Skills, Professionalism in the Work Place, Sexual Harassment, Social Graces and Teaching My Children Etiquette.

Most of these topics can be modified or tailored to meet any groups specific needs.
