Tots Dance & Music: Caregiver and Me (Ages 2–3)

Give your little one a joyful, structured place to move, explore, and grow in this Caregiver & Me class at St. Louis Academy of Dance, designed just for ages 2–3. Each session blends playful movement, music, storytelling, and sensory activities to help toddlers build coordination, confidence, social skills, and the ability to follow simple directions, all while burning that endless toddler energy in a safe, supportive space. Independent movers get to practice big feelings and big movements, and caregivers get meaningful bonding time without having to plan a thing. With circle dances, props, instruments, and creative problem-solving woven in, every week offers new discoveries, proud moments, and opportunities to connect with other families. It’s learning, connection, and pure joy wrapped into one lively class.
