Hi NRG Gymnastics - Parties

The Hi-NRG Gymnastic team will deliver a happy, healthy, unforgetable experience for your birthday child. With our highly animated, enthusiastic coaching staff your child will remember this day for years to come. Plan to sit back and relax... We handle everything from set up to clean up with lots of fun and laughter in between.

All of our parties are 80 minutes long. 60 minutes of gym time consisting of an exciting & dynamic warm up to engage all guests, a “mini class” where coaches will demonstrate proper usage of equipment to ensure safety, specially designed curriculum to fit your child’s theme, as well as open gym! Gym time is followed by 20 minutes to refuel and celebrate the special birthday child during “table time”.
