Bello's Bakery

Bello's Bakery & Pastries offers fresh-made baked goods using recipes from St. Louis’ earliest history. Owner Bill Clayton has over 20 years of baking experience in the St. Louis area, having worked in some of St. Louis’ best restaurants and bakeries and under many fine pastry chefs. Today, he brings to you the Old St. Louis baking style that existed back when immigrants from Europe first came to this city.

We make cookies for almost every occasion. Iced sugar cookies, sheet chocolate chip cookies and brownies.
