his CPR and AED Heartsaver Course is an American Heart Association certification program designed for employees and/or designated first responders (lifeguards, daycare workers and camp counselors) who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements. Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training is included. Participants, who must be at least 12 years old, learn CPR skills, use of a barrier device and relief of foreign body airway obstruction for infants, children and adults. This course requires successful completion of skills testing.
