Stieren Inspirational Trail and Playground

This playground includes a large concrete tug boat to climb, swings, A 100’ft zip-line, tetherball, picnic tables, benches, and trash receptacles.

The half-mile trail winds through the woods of Sunset Hills ending with a gorgeous view of the Meramec River. In place are two permanent benches and a sign dedicated to the Stieren family.

The Stieren Inspirational Site is home to two shelters and a playground area. It is along the trail loop connected to Minnie Haha Park. Sand volleyball courts and the athletic fields are adjacent to the site. The two shelters are available for reservation on weekends. During the week they are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
