Howdershell Park

13.6 acres - Athletic fields, accessible comfort station, fitness course, horseshoes, multi-use court, accessible picnic pavilion, picnic site, playground, racquetball/handball courts, lighted tennis courts, ½ mile walking/jogging path, volleyball.
The Hazelwood Parks and Recreation Division has just finished installing a new Ninja Warrior-style Obstacle Course at Howdershell Park where the old racquetball courts used to be. This multi-faceted course is built over an artificial safety turf which softens the impact of people falling on it. It features a series of 12 different physics-defying obstacles.
