South City Community School

SCCS is a PreK - 8th Grade Christian school in the Southwest Gardens neighborhood of St. Louis. Our hands-on, experiential curriculum is based on the educational philosophy of Charlotte Mason.

To cooperate with participating families in providing a Christ-centered education that challenges the whole child to discover God’s truth, to love learning, and to relate knowledge with action.

Our goal is to inspire children to embrace and to flourish in their God-given calling as His image-bearers and to go forth as agents for truth and reconciliation in their community.

We have an intentional mission to draw in children and families of all ethnic heritages and income levels.
