Kairos Academies

Kairos Academies are middle and high schools where students don’t just graduate with knowledge—they enter the world with the skills, confidence, and vision to shape their own future.

At Kairos, we tailor each student’s education to their unique needs and interests. Through 1:1 mentoring, every student has a trusted adult and advocate. Hands-on projects spark creativity and critical thinking, while four full years of college and career preparation empower students to explore what’s possible after graduation.

Our approach delivers results: students grow 1.5-2 years each school year, and they rank Kairos in the top 1% nationwide for sense of belonging.

Kairos is a free public charter school open to all St. Louis students in grades 5-12.
