
Falcon Performance is an intense eight-week program (for grades 6-12) designed to develop the athleticism of our current and future Summit athletes.
We will work on all areas of athletic development focusing on proper technique in the weight room, core strength, conditioning, agility, and flexibility.
Falcon Performance is also a four-week program (for grades 3-5) and will include a warmup, 45-minute workout, and finish with fun, competitive games.
