The Eliot Summer Academy consists of classes designed to be review, enrichment, or replacement oriented. Review courses are intended not only to help students transition between coursework levels, but perhaps also make up a course or catch up and redo work. Enrichment courses offer something new and may help students prepare for the next school year. Replacement courses are offered for MICDS credit and may help students open up their schedule for other options or electives during the academic year.
Growth, learning and fun don’t stop over the summer at MICDS. Named after school founder and visionary thinker William Greenleaf Eliot, Eliot Summer Academy challenges middle and high school students with an array of opportunities. Academic and enrichment courses allow students to stretch their limits both in and out of the classroom. Courses are also available for MICDS credit.
