Adaptive Dance Classes for Kids and Adults

Adaptive Dance at St. Louis Academy of Dance

A welcoming, sensory-friendly program designed for dancers with disabilities to move, learn, and shine at their own pace.

Beginner (Ages 5+, Sundays 11:45-12:15): Great for dancers new to structured movement or who benefit from extra processing time and clear routines.
Teen/Adult (Ages 13+, Sundays 12:30-1:00): A low-pressure space to explore movement, build confidence, and connect with peers.

Families love: predictable structure, visual supports, sensory-friendly pacing, certified instructors, and open communication.
