
Kid Partners Yoga uses breathing activities, yoga poses, music, movement games, and relaxation to help children learn ways to find focus and calmness, and to promote positive feelings about themselves and their world. Our classes provide a non-competitive, nurturing environment in which kids can be more confident and comfortable with their bodies and how they move.
In addition to Kid Partners Yoga classes and events, we can share the fun at birthday parties or help Girl Scouts earn a badge!
