Complete Harmony Stl Yoga Camps

We're St. Louis' first trauma-informed yoga for youth studio, and for these Summer Camps, we're partnering with a licensed therapist who specializes in social communication. We provide a natural, enriching environment for our campers to use their minds and bodies to develop self-confidence and healthy attachments and to navigate learning, thinking, and sensory adventures. Using a variety of activities that include art, music, themes, books, games, etc., we offer space for our campers to safely explore, play, and process.
