Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in West County offers a full range of classes that focus on the needs of all students involved. Our Children’s Program is separated into kids ages 4-6 and 7-9 who are introduced to BJJ in a safe and fun setting. Pre-teens and teenagers ages 10-12 and 12-15 are able to develop maturity, respect, discipline, and confidence through our classes. The women’s classes mix physical fitness and strength with real-life scenarios to teach awareness and protection, and our Men’s classes encourage skills that go beyond fitness and reach improved stamina, health, and spirituality.
