St. Louis Hoop Club

Welcome friends, hula-hoop enthusiasts and flow artists. Throughout the nation hooping and spinning in general have become a past-time once again. We are proud to offer St. Louis and surroundings communities the outlet to experiment, play, perform, learn, and love with hula-hoops or as we call them, hoops. Our goal is to provide visitors a unique hoop dance/fitness or spin experience while visiting our studio, taking our classes, or attending an event. We offer no membership officially, but do offer weekly classes and specialty workshops in addition to taking part in dozens of events locally and regionally. To be a part of the club all you have to do is show up and participate.
