Lou Fusz Lacrosse Rookie Program
LFA = Lacrosse For All. No Stick? No equipment? No problem!
Lou Fusz Lacrosse is proud to introduce a revamped development model for the fastest sport on two feet! Rookie athletes will participate in one-hour practice on Tuesday Nights with an option for Sunday evening games, rain or shine (games will be held inside)! Practices will consist of up-tempo fundamental drill work (Passing, Catching, Shooting, and more) with an emphasis on instilling a love for the game of lacrosse. Coaches will consist of current D1 NCAA Lacrosse coaches and players, along with top area Varsity coaches/players. Lou Fusz Lacrosse strives on providing top level coaches in a small group environment, aiming to maintain a player to coach ratio of 10:1.
