Little Sage

Our mission is to create a powerful space for artistic development, cultivate the journey of mind-body connection, and teach youth how to access their inner strengths.
Join us on an all-encompassing artistic adventure as your child explores the connections between art-making, yoga, creative movement and well-being through a series of interactive workshops. Little Sage aims to help youth develop their artistic skills and knowledge by introducing them to a variety of visual art methods, creative play, and mindfulness practices (e.g., yoga poses, breath work), while teaching them how to activate human strengths in and outside of the studio.

Our students, are guided through a 4-phase process (connect, reflect, create, become) that helps them develop skills and knowledge about art, mindfulness, and human strengths. These elements also encourage the progress of fine motor skills, social-emotional development, as well as support gross motor skills in younger students. We firmly believe that our future is in the hands of our children and that we need to give them the tools, skills and passion to discover and embrace all the wonders of the world.
