 sual Arts at Washington University in St. Louis. One of the oldest teaching
  museums in the country, the Kemper is free and open to visitors from both

 re provides parents, teachers, and schools the very best books available to
  promote positive images and stories about African American culture and his
 tory.  
X-EXTRAINFO:Visitor parking is available for a fee in the East End Garage, located off 
 of Forsyth Blvd. near the corner with Skinker Boulevard (parking is free on
