 own to more than 60 vendors and is one of the largest festivals in Bellevil
 le!  <br /><br />Many people attend the Chili Cook-off to enjoy the great c
 hili, entertainment, and other festivities, but most don’t realize that it’
 s the biggest fundraiser of the year for many non-profit organizations. Ove
 r half of the vendors participating at the Chili Cook-off each year are eit
 her non-profit organizations or a business raising money for a charity, inc
 luding the Greater Belleville Chamber of Commerce. 100% of the money spent
