  for Advanced Dental Education (CADE) \n3320 Rutger Street \nSt. Louis, MO 
 63104.\n\nGive Kids A Smile (GKAS) provides FREE comprehensive dental servi
 ces. Every child seen through GKAS receives age-appropriate dental care, ed
 ucation, and an oral health evaluation.\n\nChildren ages 5–14 are seen on t
 he main GKAS clinic floor and may receive:\n- Oral Examination\n- X-Rays\n-
  Teeth Cleaning\n- Fluoride Treatment\n- Hygiene Education\n- And more!*\n\
 n*Fillings, root canals, crowns, extractions, and oral surgery are complete
 d as needed.\n\nChildren ages 12 months–4 years are seen through our Tiny S
 miles Clinic, which is designed to help young children establish good denta
 l hygiene habits early on so they can grow up with healthy smiles. Both chi
 ldren and parents/caregivers receive education on caring for little mouths.
  Children in Tiny Smiles do not go to the main clinic floor, but their teet
 h are examined to identify any concerns and determine if additional dental 
 care is needed.\n\nWho’s Eligible?\nChildren between 12 months–14 years, no
 t older than the 8th grade, and who have Medicaid or qualify for the free/r
 educed school lunch program are eligible for Give Kids A Smile.\nAppointmen
 ts can be made for the clinic by a child’s parent/guardian/caregiver or thr
 ough groups coordinated by schools, churches/synagogues, and community grou
