  As you tour the historic home where the Boones once lived, you will meet a
 nd visit with these famous Missourians portrayed by Colonel Robert Pecoraro
  and his wife, Shirley, National Association for Interpretation Volunteer A
 ward winners. Daniel and Rebecca's lives were filled with joy, happiness, h
 ardship, and tragedy, yet they survived and persevered as partners for 56 y
 ears. The interpreters will discuss life on the frontier, and you’ll view a
  collection of original antique weapons and accoutrements from the French a
 nd Indian War and the Revolutionary War. Admission to the Boone Home is $8 
 for adults, $6 for seniors ages 60 and up, and $5 for children ages 5–12. A
 ctive and retired military and children 4 and under are free.
