  need to Know:\nActivity Nights are structured drop-off evening events in t
 he gym. \nChildren are placed in groups based on age and coach-to-participa
 nt ratio requirements.\nWe do our best to accommodate group requests with o
 ne friend within the same age range.\nPlease send your child with a water b
 ottle and a snack.\nWe have concessions available at the Front Office. If y
 ou would like to purchase a concession snack for your child, please send th
 em with cash and notify our supervisor at drop-off.\nChildren who are weari
 ng diapers or pull-ups cannot attend. Parents will be called to pick up the
 ir children.\nComfortable clothing is required for ease of movement. Long h
 air should be pulled back and away from the face. Jewelry should be left at
  home (stud earrings are fine).\nDrop-off is allowed 10 minutes before the 
 event starts. We’ll have table games and activities available to keep them 
 busy.\nAlert a staff member of any allergies or special arrangements requir
 ed for your child.\nYou can pick up your child early. If the door is locked
 , we have a doorbell on the upper right side of the doorframe.\n
