 f evening events in the gym. <br />Children are placed in groups based on a
 ge and coach-to-participant ratio requirements.<br />We do our best to acco
 mmodate group requests with one friend within the same age range.<br />Plea
 se send your child with a water bottle and a snack.<br />We have concession
 s available at the Front Office. If you would like to purchase a concession
  snack for your child, please send them with cash and notify our supervisor
  at drop-off.<br />Children who are wearing diapers or pull-ups cannot atte
 nd. Parents will be called to pick up their children.<br />Comfortable clot
 hing is required for ease of movement. Long hair should be pulled back and 
 away from the face. Jewelry should be left at home (stud earrings are fine)
 .<br />Drop-off is allowed 10 minutes before the event starts. We’ll have t
 able games and activities available to keep them busy.<br />Alert a staff m
 ember of any allergies or special arrangements required for your child.<br 
 />You can pick up your child early. If the door is locked, we have a doorbe
 ll on the upper right side of the doorframe.<br />
