  9:00 AM for a fun-filled morning by the water. Fishing will take place fro
 m 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with hot dogs, chips, and drinks available starting 
 at 11:15 AM.<br />After 12:00 PM, enjoy music by Cherry Ice at the Independ
 ence Amphitheater near the lake.<br />The St. Charles City-County Library w
 ill also be on site with their bookmobile, adding even more excitement for 
 kids of all ages.<br /><br />Registration is optional, but participants who
  register will receive a goodie bag to take home and be entered into a raff
 le by age group for a chance to win a toy-filled prize basket. Parents who 
 register their child will also be entered into a separate raffle for a chan
 ce to win $50 in gift cards to The Rack House.<br /><br />Raffle winners wi
 ll be announced on June 1st on Facebook and the website. Prizes can be pick
 ed up during the event.
