 ycle Safety Rodeo, a beloved community tradition promoting safe riding habi

 five decades of educating young riders on bike handling, road awareness, an
 d safety practices. The event will be held on May 16, 2025, with registrati
 on open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.<br /><br />“We’re excited to celebrate
  the 50th anniversary of this program, which has helped generations of loca
 l kids become more confident and safer cyclists,” said organizers from the 
 City and Washington Police Department.<br /><br />Families are encouraged t
 o bring their bicycles and helmets and take part in hands‑on safety station
 s, skill courses, and educational demonstrations led by local officers and
