City of Florissant's Koch Park Pool has Splash & Play tot time on Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:30 am-12:30 pm. This is a great time to enjoy the facility with younger children in a more relaxing and less crowded environment. Older siblings are welcome to join. Not all features are open during this time.
