St. Peters Tree Lighting

Beautiful holiday lights, performances by local groups, photos with Santa Claus, and our community’s lighting of the tree—it’s all FREE on Friday, Dec. 5, at the City of St. Peters’ 36th annual Tree Lighting Ceremony at City Hall! Bring the family and help us kick off the holiday season. There will be classical guitar renditions of your favorite holiday songs by the Childbloom Guitar Program of St. Charles County. Afterward, members from Butch Wax and The Hollywoods will perform some carols for you and your family to sing along, before capping off the event with their classic Holiday Hop (learn more below)!
After the lighting of the tree, kids and families can enjoy more fun activities and tasty treats—and don’t forget your camera for photos with Santa. The St. Peter's Tree Lighting is a great time to create wonderful family memories!
Holiday Hop at the Tree Lighting
Enjoy a free concert by Butch Wax & The Hollywoods from 7-8:30 p.m. after the Tree Lighting at City Hall on Dec. 5! Doors to the Activity Rooms open at 6:45 p.m. for this special holiday performance. Bring your own chairs and non-alcoholic refreshments to the Holiday Hop! Seating and space is limited.
