Pedal in Place at the Race

- Location: Tour De Florissant at the Gateway Cup in Florissant, MO
- Cost: Teams and individuals will ride and fundraise every hour throughout the day with a front row view of the race. You can also register and ride with us as a virtual participant, riding at your pace, in your own time and place!
Join Pedal in Place at the Race on Labor Day—cycle for a cause and support Parkinson’s programs during the Gateway Cup in Florissant. All ages welcome!
On Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 1, Pedal in Place at the Race returns to the Bommarito Audi West County Gateway Cup in Florissant, MO, offering an exciting way to support The Davis Phinney Foundation for Parkinson’s. From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., participants ride stationary bikes in 40-minute shifts—much like a spin class—while enjoying a prime, race-side view of the Tour de Florissant. Open to all ages, riders can register individually or as part of a team, with opportunities to participate virtually or donate online.
Funds raised benefit The Davis Phinney Foundation’s programs, including Pedaling for Parkinson’s™, which helps people living with Parkinson’s experience the powerful benefits of cycling while raising awareness of its impact. The event is part of the Gateway Cup’s lively street festival, featuring thrilling races, beer gardens, food vendors, and family-friendly entertainment.
