Branch History:

The Prairie Commons Branch opened in 1986. Extensive renovations occurred in 2016 as part of Your Library Renewed. Upgrades included a colorful new children's area, inspired by nature with bright colors, organic shapes and several reading nooks. The branch features two private study rooms, a computer lab, a quiet reading room, a business center with fax, scanner and copy machines, and a vending area. The branch and its community garden are both visible from Highway 270.
