Nature Camp at Quail Ridge Park - Ages 7-11 - 110001

Explore the outdoors during a week-long nature camp at Quail Ridge Park! This half-day camp allows young campers to discover and observe nature using hands-on experimental activities in a safe and friendly environment. Campers use sensory awareness as well as science to interact with their environment. Hiking, plant and animal identification, water ecology, and conservation are just some of the topics covered! These half-day camps are designed for children ages 7-11 for the first session and ages 10-13 for the second session. Cost is $75 per person. Pre-registration is required. The same topics are covered in both sessions. Dual registration is not allowed.

Camp Kinetic - 210002

Camp Kinetic is back this year with a few new twists! With all the new amenities now at the park, campers get to play pickleball, use the new playground, and skate during designated times. Activities and crafts are done inside to cool down from the heat. Participants should bring their wheels, a helmet, water and lunch to camp daily. The concession stand is open with limited options. The schedule of activities is sent out before each camp. This camp is for ages 7-11. Cost is $150 per camper. Pre-registration required. ***Please note that the camp style has changed. Starting this year, Camp Kinetic is more structured and does not have the option to ride/skate or roam the park freely.

Daniel Boone Home Day Camp 2025 - 210008

Discover the frontier in new and exciting ways! Campers ages 11-17 travel back in time to 1830s Missouri and learn by doing during this week-long camp. Campers participate in journal making, hearth cooking with historic recipes, working with period woodworking tools and fiber materials and much more. Each camper is involved with projects to benefit the site as well as making take-home projects throughout the week. Campers must bring a sack lunch each day. Cost is $150 per person. Pre-registration required.

Nature's Canvas: Art Camp - 210009

At Nature's Canvas: Art Camp, young artists ages 11-14 discover nature's beauty at Broemmelsiek Park and create art based on their findings. Campers use a variety of mediums such as paint, clay, fibers, and natural objects throughout this immersive art camp. Participants should dress to get messy and bring their imaginations. Bring a snack, sack lunch and water bottle. Camp hours are from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day. The fee of $100 includes all art supplies needed for camp. Pre-registration is required.

Sign up for a unique half-day camp that immerses participants in the work of historians and curators. Learn how to discover the stories of the past through research and receive hands-on experience with items in the Heritage Museum collection. Embrace your creativity to share stories through performances and writing, including writing stories to be displayed for the public. Youth Leadership Camp by SCC Police & Parks - 210050

St. Charles County Youth Leadership Camp St. Charles County Parks and the St. Charles County Police Department are partnering up for a new weeklong camp focused on mentoring students ages 10-12 during summer break.
