Kraus Farms Horseback Mommy and Me Camps

This camp is designed for little kids (ages 3 & 4) who are not quite ready to come to camp on their own. It is a great way for you and your child to experience pony camp together. You both will learn about ponies, safety, ground manners, grooming and saddling. We will do fun things including story time, a simple craft, brushing the ponies and playing games with the miniature horses.

One parent or adult is required per child. This adult will be assisting the camper with their pony during this camp session. No horse experience is required! Parents and campers must wear appropriate shoes such as hiking boots or riding boots (must be closed toe shoes; no sandals or flipflops) as well as long pants. Helmets are provided by Kraus Farms for the campers and must be worn while around the ponies.

Please note that activities with the ponies will not include riding but will include hands on activities with the miniature horses.
