Thornhill Branch

Thornhill Branch

The Thornhill Branch opened on February 2, 1976. It was the first branch to be completed in the 10-year St. Louis County Library Building Program supported by the 1973 tax initiative. Its name refers to the homestead of Missouri's second governor, Frederick Bates. The branch serves a diverse population of individuals and businesses from Creve Coeur, Maryland Heights and Olivette, as well as St. Charles County residents.
