Registration Information

 

You may register your child at Girls Inc. Center Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm

 

Extended Learning Program will be held at our Center location:

 

3801 Nelson Drive, St. Louis, MO 63121

 

To register for the Afterschool Extended Learning Program, you must have the following:

--> Copy of original birth certificate - (required for all new members)
--> Copy of Current immunization records or exemptions- (required for all members)

--> Copies of any other documentation for the child (ex: Asthma Action Plan, IEP)

 

*All Fees are Non-Refundable*

 

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Check, Money Order, Charge, and Debit Payments. 

(We now have Telecheck, so please have your driver's license with you.)
