We are excited for another year of following Jesus with our Children and Families at Christ Memorial! Connections utilizes a Bible-based curriculum that focuses on teaching the Biblical story and responding faithfully to God's Word.

Our Mission Trips are one month away. We did an amazing job with the Mission Trip Dinner and raised over $15,000. Thank you for your work!

We are thankful to Jesus for blessing us with donations from such wonderful people. 

Here is the update for the finances for our trips. Everyone has paid their $100 deposit. 

The Mexico Mission Trip has a total price of $1000 per person. I am happy to announce that each participant receives $650 from fundraising. With the $100 deposit that leaves a final payment of $250 per person.

The Camp Concordia Trip has a total price of $500 per person. I am happy to announce that each participant receives $300 from fundraising. With the $100 deposit that leaves a final payment of $100 per person.

I ask that trip payments be made by Sunday June 2.

We strive to develop youth who are loved+sent.

Our new 5/6 Grade Youth Group will meet during the school on select Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30 PM during the same nights Confirmation meetings. The group is open to all youth in 5/6 Grade. 

We will spend the year reading through the One Minute Bible. Each youth will receive a copy.

Community Groups are small groups of Christians (8-15 people) who meet regularly outside of worship and are committed to God's Word, to one another, and to our common mission.  In many ways they are like church in miniature, but their smaller size allows for deeper relationships, more personalized care, and focused practice in living out our faith and following Jesus together.

Please tell us a little bit about yourself and your family.  This information will help us match you to a Community Group that will fit your needs and interests.  After you hit submit, a member of our team will contact you with next steps.

Confirmation Camp 2023 will happen at Camp Wartburg in Waterloo, IL on July 9-11. We will meet at Christ Memorial at 8 AM on Tuesday, July 9 and will return at 4 PM on July 11. 

Cost is $100 for the 3 day, 2 night event. Price includes programming, swimming, meals, lodging, and a t-shirt. If a confirmand needs a scholarship, please contact Daniel.

Christ Memorial Lutheran Church will allow a limited number of Lindbergh High School student drivers to park on our lot for the 2023-24 School Year.  We are requesting a $75 dollar donation to park for the duration of the school year. 

Only registered students may utilize a parking space and must complete this form to register their vehicle.  Once your registration has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from a member of our team.  You will also then be provided a permit to print and display on the dashboard to be easily viewed through the windshield. 

See the attached parking diagram for the location of the available spaces.  Students will NOT be assigned a space number, but are allowed to park anywhere within the orange area.

College Ministry at Reliant is focused on two things: Connection and Community.  We desire for students to stay connected to Christ during their time at college and are nurtured in their faith.  Community is an important part of this faith growth, and we invite you to join a Community Group specifically for college students meeting weekly. 

Reliant Church is a multi-generational welcoming church family and we love welcoming students into our community through Sunday worship, service and fellowship events.  We know Reliant will be a place where students consistently experience the love of Christ and we hope it can truly become a home away from home!

For many years the youth of Christ Memorial have attended Mission Trips. This summer 2024, Christ Memorial's Youth Ministry is participating in two Mission Trips to serve and help others.

The first trip is with Casa Por Cristo to build a home in Juarez, Mexico. In three days, youth and adult leaders will work to continue Christ Memorial's mission of being Loved+Sent by building a home that will serve as a place for the Gospel to be shared to family and friends. Our youth were last there in 2023 and built a Sunday School room for a church.

The second is to Heit's Point Lutheran Camp near Lincoln, MO. Youth and adult leaders will combine with LCMS youth groups from around Missouri and the country to repair cabins, make new hiking trails, build a new deck, and enjoy God's creation at camp. These opportunities will allow youth to put their faith into action as we develop more disciples of Christ who are Loved+Sent. Last summer, our youth served at Camp Concordia Lutheran Camp near Grand Rapids, MI.

On Friday, April 12 at 6:30 PM, the youth and adult leaders will host a dinner. The evening will consist of a meal and then a presentation about our upcoming trips with an  opportunity to support these trips with financial support. There is no cost to attend the event.

For summer 2024, Christ Memorial has two options for youth Mission Trips.

1. Casas por Cristo, Mexico: June 10-14. Build a house for a family. For youth finishing 8th Grade, unless a parent attends for 5-7 Grade.

2. Heits Point Lutheran Camp, Missouri: June 24-20. Various beautification projects and discipleship training. For youth finishing 5-12 Grade.
